You want to eat healthy carbs, like potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, even bread, without it turning into a blood sugar disaster.
But right now, your carb tolerance isn’t great, so you’ve had to limit how many carbs you eat just to keep your blood sugar steady.
The problem? Every time you cut carbs completely, you feel worse.
This is because carbs are essential. They support energy, workouts, hormones, metabolism, mood, and sleep, so avoiding them long-term only makes things harder.
As a result, you might sleep poorly, feel tired, stressed, anxious, or moody, crave sugar, have cycle symptoms or lose your period, or see hormonal or thyroid issues in your labs.
But now you’re stuck: eat carbs and spike your blood sugar, or avoid them and deal with symptoms. Not much of a choice, right?
The truth is, unless the root cause is fixed, cutting carbs won’t help and we’ve even seen clients go keto and still have high blood sugar for this exact reason.
There's a term we call Metabolic Flexibility, which means your body can handle all foods without major blood sugar swings.
While avoiding carbs may provide temporary relief, like fewer spikes & crashes, better appetite control, and some weight loss, it doesn’t address the root cause of blood sugar issues.
The good news is that you don’t have to pick between blood sugar issues or feeling awful.
Because blood sugar issues have never really been about the carbs.
It’s always been about your body’s ability to process them.
That’s exactly what I’ll teach you in the Carb Sweet Spot Masterclass.
This masterclass is for anyone dealing with blood sugar crashes or spikes with carbs, high A1c, stubborn weight, or chronic symptoms.
